These training programs lead to employment in highly skilled, high-wage, and in-demand occupations, allowing participants the opportunity to improve their livelihoods and pursue jobs that earn 30% above the living wage.

Some, but not all, of the programs through Workforce Development at ICC are dependent on income eligibility. To determine eligibility for programs, we must assess current sources of income.
